Within her first year, she became the top agent at Rossmoor Realty, a position she maintained until her departure in 2010 to join Better Homes and Gardens/Mason-McDuffie. In 2006, she welcomed her daughter, Elizabeth Haslam, to the team to support her expanding business. Ann's success continued at BHG, where she eventually became a co-owner of the Rossmoor office. However, seeking more direct client engagement, she sold her share of the office to concentrate on personal interactions. Ann's current Rossmoor office is now part of the Bay Area Re/Max Accord team.
