Anne has deep roots in the Crescenta Valley, having been born, raised, and currently residing in the area. She completed her education at Mountain Avenue Elementary, Rosemont Middle School, and Crescenta Valley High School before earning her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Redlands.

After graduation, Anne began her professional journey at XEROX Corporation, where she progressed from an administrative assistant to roles as a Marketing Analyst and Personnel Manager. It was during this time that she met her future husband, Steve.

Following the birth of their first child, Anne transitioned to being a stay-at-home mother. Within six months, she embarked on a new path in community service, joining the Board of the Glendale Community College Parent Education Association. Five years later, with the arrival of their second child, she expanded her volunteer efforts to include the PTA, Glendale Council PTA, Girl Scouts, the Glendale Unified School District Advisory Council, School District Redistricting Committees, and the Glendale Education Foundation.

In 2005, Anne shifted her focus to real estate while continuing her volunteer work and raising her two children. Entering the industry during a challenging market downturn, she adeptly navigated the fluctuations and contributed to the market's eventual recovery. Anne has successfully assisted numerous buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate objectives, emphasizing a personalized approach that ensures each client receives exceptional service. Many of her clients remark on the dedicated attention they receive, often expressing, "I always felt that I was her only client."
