Toni Shroyer holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA after attending UC Davis and later obtained her California Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Toni has consistently ranked as a top producer, having previously excelled at Countrywide Home Loans and JPMortgage Chase Home Equity.

Recently, Toni joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, following her successful tenure at Bradley Real Estate, where she was a distinguished member of both the President's Club and Chairman's Club, and was recognized as a Top Producer in 2018. Her contributions to the community have been acknowledged with accolades such as the Novato Patch Person of the Year in 2011 and the Founders Award from Frank Howard Allen Realtors.

A native of Marin County, Toni was raised in West Marin and is deeply committed to community service. She founded the Indian Valley 4-H Club in Novato and initiated the "Pennies for Police Dogs" campaign, which funded the purchase of a K-9 for the Novato Police Department and supported training for all three police dogs. Toni is also actively involved with Novato Jr. Horseman, serves on the Board of the San Rafael Police K-9 Association, and participates in Novato Babe Ruth and San Marin All Sports Boosters. Additionally, she volunteers for the Gang Graffiti Abatement program in Novato and is a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee with the Marin Association of Realtors (MAR).

Toni is married to Jim Shroyer, also a Marin native, and they have two children, Luke and Nicole. Outside of her professional and community commitments, Toni enjoys riding her ponies, Violet and Bee, running with her 161-pound Newfoundland, Grizzly Bear, and spending quality time with her mother. Passionate about real estate, Toni is dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes or sell their current properties.
