Transitioning from the music industry, he carved out a niche in small startup companies, focusing on team building and system establishment to drive success and profitability. Notable ventures included Savoir Faire, an importer and distributor of fine art materials; Capture, a fine art photography gallery; and X2 Digital Wireless, which specialized in wireless microphone and instrument systems for stage performances. In 2008, X2 Digital Wireless was sold to Line 6, prompting him to embark on his own real estate business.
