Bailey's deep connections to the Salinas Valley stem from her family's longstanding involvement in agriculture. With her grandfather leading a prominent produce brokerage and her father engaged in farming, Bailey naturally gravitated towards the industry. She earned a degree in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and began her career in produce sales. Her journey then took her to Tesla, where she excelled as an Operations Manager, honing her skills in customer service, problem-solving, project management, and adaptability.

Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Bailey returned to the Monterey Peninsula to embark on a career in real estate. Growing up alongside her mother in the mortgage business, she developed a passion for the dynamic nature of the real estate sector, which offers continuous learning and growth. In recognition of her achievements, she was named a Rising Star by Monterey County Top Producers in October 2020.
