Ben, a native of Palo Alto, California, has recently relocated to San Diego, where he has fully embraced his new surroundings and family life. Recently married to Kendall, a lifelong San Diegan, they enjoy spending their leisure time walking, surfing, and exploring the latest open houses together.

Growing up in a large family of ten, Ben developed a profound understanding of what distinguishes a house from a true home. He recognizes that a house is simply a structure, while a home encompasses the people, activities, and experiences that create lasting memories—elements that make it a worthwhile investment of time and resources.

With a keen appreciation for San Diego's distinctive coastal real estate, Ben is dedicated to helping clients find their ideal homes. Before joining Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, he honed his skills in the fast-paced environment of the Bay Area with Baskin Investment Group (BIG). While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Seattle Pacific University, he co-founded the BLT Group LLC, a family-operated long-term real estate investment firm in Seattle. These experiences have equipped him with the analytical and strategic skills necessary to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients, whether they are seeking investment properties or a place to call home.
