Brittney Hulsey, an accomplished real estate agent and vacation rental property manager with over a decade of experience, has joined the Studstill Realty Group LLC in Port St. Joe, Florida, as a Sales Associate on broker Cassie Studstill's team.

Originally hailing from Bremen, Georgia, Brittney has long been captivated by the Gulf Coast. Her family has owned a home on Miramar Beach since the early 1980s, where she spent her childhood summers boogie boarding the area's renowned waves. This early exposure to the beach lifestyle ignited her passion for real estate and property management.

Reflecting on her journey, Brittney remarked, "I never anticipated that my career path would lead me to where I am today. I am grateful and at peace, completely in love with the Forgotten Coast."

In 2013, Brittney transformed her seasonal beach visits into a permanent residence, first in Miramar and Santa Rosa Beaches, before settling in Gulf County and Port St. Joe. Here, she launched her real estate career, managing numerous beach properties and enhancing the vacation experiences of countless families as the local Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager for a prominent property management firm.

Known for her proactive approach and problem-solving abilities, Brittney emphasizes the importance of attention to detail and personal touches in her work. She is committed to honesty and integrity, consistently striving to exceed expectations while maintaining a strong work ethic that balances professionalism with a sense of enjoyment.

Brittney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of West Georgia, graduating in 2010. She is an active member of the Realtor Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties (RAFGC), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Additionally, she serves on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and is involved with the Junior Service League of Port St. Joe.

Residing in Port St. Joe with her partner AJ Cato and their Shih Tzu, Chevy, Brittney co-owns New Wave Property Management and The Port City Axe House.
