Lucretia Butler, known to her friends as “Cretia,” has been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula since 1971 and has dedicated her career to real estate since 1978. Her professional journey includes performing as a dancer in St. Louis and Los Angeles, as well as teaching at various educational levels from elementary to junior college. She continues to engage with the arts by directing, choreographing, and performing in local community theater productions whenever possible.

In her personal life, Cretia is married to Chris Keehn, the President of Casaterra Group, a design-build firm. Together, they share a passion for architecture and interior design, along with a mutual appreciation for music. Cretia actively contributes to her community as an Advisor for the Friends of the Monterey Symphony and supports various organizations, including the Monterey Symphony, the Forest Theatre Guild, the Smuin Ballet, Animal Friends, and the SPCA.
