Her diverse professional background spans various sectors, including fast food, retail, and advertising in television and radio, culminating in a decade of service at a utility company. During this period, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.

Carmen is passionate about assisting sellers in achieving optimal sale prices and guiding buyers—whether they are utilizing FHA, conventional, or cash financing—toward finding their ideal homes within their budgets. She finds immense fulfillment in playing a role in realizing her clients' dreams of homeownership.
