Cat, originally from Kansas City, holds degrees from Syracuse University and the University of Kansas School of Law. After completing her education, she relocated to Southern California.

Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2000, Cat has dedicated much of her career to the legal field, focusing on securities litigation. Early in her legal journey, she served as General Counsel for a San Diego-based commercial real estate startup, where she played a pivotal role in acquiring over $250 million in retail properties within a year. Her adept negotiation and relationship-building abilities contributed significantly to the company’s rapid growth, ultimately leading to its acquisition by a larger firm.

In her current role, Cat specializes in residential real estate, leveraging her extensive legal background to benefit her clients. She has assembled a robust support team, including stagers, photographers, videographers, transaction coordinators, lending partners, escrow officers, and title representatives, all aimed at providing an exceptional home-buying experience. Cat is dedicated to her clients, prioritizing integrity, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills to foster lasting relationships. Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades for high production in the real estate sector.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Cat is a former elite triathlete and continues to be an enthusiastic runner. She cherishes her roles as a devoted wife and a proud mother.
