Chuck has been a resident of North San Diego County since 1978, when he first settled in Vista. In 2004, he and his wife Stephanie, along with their sons Caleb and Trevor and daughter Destanie, relocated to Valley Center, where their youngest daughter, Olivia, was born in 2006.

Over a distinguished 27-year career with the City of Vista, Chuck held various positions, culminating in his retirement as Public Works Director on June 29, 2017. During his tenure, he was dedicated to providing effective solutions for residents, earning a reputation as a diligent manager, a skilled problem solver, and a trusted resource committed to public service.

Chuck holds degrees in Horticulture/Landscape Management and Public Administration, and he is a licensed real estate agent in California (CalBRE). He now focuses on representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions across San Diego County, applying his extensive experience to advocate for his clients' interests.
