Their journey began as a Sales Associate at Tarbell Realtors in Anaheim Hills in 1976. Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, they became the youngest office manager in the history of Tarbell at just 23, overseeing a team of 40 sales associates. Under their management, the Anaheim Hills office consistently ranked among the top five within the Tarbell organization.

In 1982, they obtained their broker's license and joined Santiago Realtors, an all-broker organization that later evolved into Oaktree Realtors following a merger. Since then, they have served as the Broker/Owner of Oaktree Realtors, a position they have held since 1982.
