As a lifelong Floridian, David gained invaluable insights into sales and customer service from his father, a former CEO of Chanel and President of Max Factor. This background provided him with a deep understanding of the expectations of discerning clientele.

David's career began in the fragrance and cosmetics industry, where he accumulated extensive experience in sales and marketing. He served as President of Alfin Fragrances Inc., an international division of a publicly traded NASDAQ company, before founding the Fragrance Marketing Group Inc., a global distribution firm based in Miami. His pursuit of quality and prestige led him to establish Magnum Provisions Inc., a distributor for Boar’s Head in the Mid-Hudson Valley and Catskill Regions of New York. With over 35 years of high-performing sales and marketing experience, David is uniquely positioned to provide exceptional service in real estate.

David earned his New York Real Estate License in 2008, beginning his practice in Manhasset, New York. After relocating to Palm Coast, Florida, in 2012, he activated his Florida Real Estate License and quickly became involved in the Grand Haven community. His commitment to local engagement is evident through his participation in the Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT), the Palm Coast Citizens Academy, and regular attendance at Grand Haven Community Development District (CDD) and Master Association meetings. David is also an avid researcher of the rich history of Flagler County and Palm Coast.

As a graduate of Watson Success School, he continually enhances his real estate skills to better serve his clients. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and has attended both the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
