Dianne, a lifelong Californian, was born and raised in San Francisco. After turning 21, she spent several years in the Belmont and San Jose areas before settling in Santa Cruz in 1981. With a strong entrepreneurial drive, she established the first nail and skin care salon in Deer Park Center, where she became actively involved with the Aptos Chamber of Commerce. Following the sale of her business in 1985, Dianne transitioned to freelance work in direct mail marketing while also dedicating 14 years to teaching aerobics at Spa Fitness in Capitola and Watsonville. For over three decades, she has proudly called the beach community of Santa Cruz home.

Describing herself as "A Type," Dianne successfully navigated the realms of marketing, sales, and commerce independently from the age of 25 until she discovered her true passion: real estate. Dianne expresses her enthusiasm for the community by stating, "I want to share our wonderful community and all it has to offer!" Her primary goal is to help clients realize their real estate dreams. When asked about her success, she attributes it to her positivity and commitment, which is reflected in her vibrant demeanor.

Despite her modesty, Dianne is widely recognized as one of the hardest-working and most respected real estate agents along the Central Coast. With 18 years of experience representing both buyers and sellers of coastal and luxury properties, she has honed her marketing and negotiation skills, consistently achieving "Top Producer" status. Her keen business acumen ensures that she navigates and completes real estate transactions with the expertise of a seasoned professional.

Dianne resides in Seacliff with her husband, Realtor® Stephen Pereira, known as "That Beach Guy," and their two dogs, Tank and Chunkie. She actively supports the local community through Twin Lakes Church, making charitable donations with each commission check. In her free time, Dianne enjoys a variety of activities, including yoga, spin classes, Pilates, snow skiing, dancing, and, of course, walking her dogs.
