Dion Riley was born and raised in the golden state of California He grew up in the beautiful beach town of Oxnard California His parents being of Latin American descent raised him to appreciate the tremendous cultural vibrancy Oxnard had to offer In his twenties he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television Dion first got involved in real estate out of curiosity wanting to eventually own his own home He completed a few real estate courses while attending Los Angeles City College and he became fascinated with the almost limitless possibilities for investment and growth of long-term wealth He immediately started sharing his new knowledge with friends and family After some encouragement from them he decided to take the California Real Estate Exam and become a licensed agent Getting first-time buyers into homes and sharing the knowledge he has acquired has always been the driving force of his career He passionately believes that home ownership should be attainable for everyone and is the key to creating generational wealth He specializes in the Hollywood market being well connected in the entertainment industry and also having lived there himself for a number of years Dion is an active member of his community and has been volunteering as a big brother in the Big Brothers Los Angeles Program for a few years now Their mission to mentor and draw out the potential of at-risk and disadvantaged youth is one that is close to his heart He is also a founding member of a monthly book club which focuses on finance and personal development \n\nWhen he is not helping clients he enjoys a myriad of hobbies such as hiking making music reading video editing and most of all being a cat dad
