Dominic Trott, a South Bay native, has cultivated a robust career in real estate, beginning with his education at the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in Psychology. During his time at USC, he was actively involved in the Sigma Chi fraternity and the Trojan Golf Club, demonstrating his commitment to community and leadership.

With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, Dominic initiated his career in residential lending before expanding his expertise to establish a real estate investment firm. His comprehensive experience encompasses various facets of the industry, including lending, sales, the rehabilitation of distressed properties, and the management of multi-unit projects.

Dominic also holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. He serves as a mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, as well as the California Association of Realtors and the South Bay Association of Realtors, where he facilitates the resolution of disputes and lawsuits prior to trial.
