Gene Schattin has dedicated her career to real estate since 1990, beginning her journey in New Hampshire. She holds a New Hampshire Real Estate Salesman License obtained in 1990, followed by a Broker License in 1991, which she has maintained in a voluntary inactive status since 2004. Gene has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors and has served on various local boards, including the Nashua Board of Realtors from 1990 to 1994 and the Granite State South Board of Realtors from 1994 to 2003.

In January 2004, Gene transitioned to Florida, where she earned her Florida Real Estate Broker License after completing a comprehensive 70-hour course and passing the state examination. Shortly thereafter, she joined Prudential Tropical Realty in Pensacola, which later became Prudential Florida Realty in 2008. In July 2013, Gene made a strategic move to Real Estate Counselors, followed by joining Coldwell Banker United Realtors in September 2013.

Gene's real estate experience began in 1989 when she managed an office specializing in residential appraisals and property management. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1990 with Matarazzo Real Estate in Nashua, NH, and later joined Prudential Verani Realty in Londonderry, NH, as a full-time sales professional until her relocation to Florida in 2003.

Throughout her career, Gene has consistently been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer in both New Hampshire and Florida, earning accolades such as TEAM Builder Achiever of the Year and membership in the National Honor Society. She is certified in various specialties, including New Home Specialist, New Home Sales Professional, Graduate Buyer Broker, Marketing Assistance Specialist, Destination Services Specialist for Relocation Services, and E-Certified.
