Flo, short for Florian, has deep roots in San Francisco, having moved to the city nearly 60 years ago with his Filipino parents. After growing up in the city, he transitioned to the East Bay, where he raised three daughters as a single parent. Now married and a proud grandfather of six, Flo dedicates his time to his passion for helping others.

In his multifaceted career, Flo serves as both a mother, educator, entrepreneur, and Certified Strategic Life Coach. He leverages the resources he has developed to assist individuals in overcoming life’s challenges.

As a Realtor, Flo possesses a remarkable ability to listen and discern his clients' true needs. His instinct for identifying the ideal home for each client is complemented by his artistic flair, which he applies to help sellers prepare and stage their homes cost-effectively.

Since obtaining his real estate license in 1987, Flo has successfully navigated numerous transactions, including saving homes from foreclosure through strategic negotiations with banks, often until the last possible moment. His background as a former loan processor equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the loan approval process, ensuring that clients experience no unexpected hurdles. This expertise fosters smooth transactions and provides peace of mind. Outside of real estate, Flo enjoys drawing and playing guitar. He values engaging conversations and delights in dancing to disco or Motown music with his loved ones. He looks forward to connecting with you!
