As a fifth-generation resident of Placer and El Dorado Counties, George has deep roots in the region, with his family playing a pivotal role in establishing the local fruit industry. His upbringing on a family-run pear and cattle ranch in Cool, California, alongside experiences in the Bay Area, has given him a unique perspective on both rural and urban living.

After earning his degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, George began his professional journey in real estate as a Loan Officer and Appraiser with Farm Credit. His agricultural background includes commercially farming peaches, prunes, walnuts, and grapes near Yuba City, where he notably reintroduced table grapes to their original home in Live Oak, California.

Community involvement is a cornerstone of George's professional ethos. He has served as the Past President of the Marysville/Yuba City Active 20/30 Club and was recognized as the American Cancer Society Man of the Year for Sutter and Yuba Counties. His dedication to service extends to various Lion Clubs, and he currently facilitates the Healing Through Loss and Grief Support Group in Roseville. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for his neighborhood Homeowners Association.
