Since 1981, they have dedicated themselves to the real estate sector, assisting clients in buying and selling properties throughout the Truckee-Tahoe region. Their extensive knowledge of the local market, particularly in Donner Summit and the sought-after Serene Lakes area, sets them apart.

With a combined experience of over 55 years in real estate, they are well-equipped to address a wide range of real estate needs. GiGi's impressive credentials include being named Realtor of the Year and serving as a past Director of the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. With three decades of experience, she continues to thrive in the industry.

On weekends during the fall, spring, and summer, Corky can often be found donning his signature cowboy hat, warmly greeting visitors at open houses. He is always ready to assist newcomers and familiar faces alike, providing information, maps, and brochures to those interested in the area, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or simply learn more.

Outside of their professional endeavors, GiGi and Corky enjoy a variety of activities, including cooking, fishing, camping, and traveling in their motorhome. They cherish the time spent with their grandchildren and, after more than 50 years of marriage, continue to enjoy each other's company.
