A native of California, this real estate professional spent the first two decades of life in the San Fernando Valley before relocating to Thousand Oaks in 1977. With a deep appreciation for the community, which he describes as "utopia," he transitioned from a successful 12-year career in high-performance racing retail in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley to real estate, a field that presented a new challenge. He obtained his real estate license in 1985 and his broker’s license in 2002, during which time he has assisted hundreds of homeowners in realizing their property aspirations over a span of more than 34 years.

Dedicated to giving back to the real estate industry, he served as the President of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors in 2006 and currently holds a position as a California State Director for the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.). Additionally, he is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors.

In recognition of his contributions, he was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 2009, the highest accolade awarded by his association. His involvement in various committees, including his past role as a C.A.R. Director, keeps him informed about evolving laws, technological advancements, and current real estate trends. He has also participated in the local MLS VCRDS committee, working to ensure that the real estate community remains at the forefront of tomorrow's technology.
