He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California. His initial foray into real estate began in the early 2000s as a handyman, addressing repairs noted in real estate disclosures. His passion for the field intensified after purchasing his first home, leading him to buy and sell multiple properties, as well as assist family members in their real estate transactions. Glen is equally dedicated to his sellers, guiding them from the initial listing to the celebratory closing.

While Glen is enthusiastic about the personal aspects of real estate, he also thrives on challenges reminiscent of his corporate background. He relishes opportunities to turn difficult situations into successful outcomes. Drawing from his experience in learning and development, he believes that growth is essential for success, whether in real estate or personal relationships.

Family holds paramount importance in Glen's life. He shares his home with his husband, their son, and their chocolate Labrador, Paige. The couple adopted their son from foster care, prompting Glen to return to Livermore to be closer to family during this pivotal time. Paige, too, is a cherished member of the family, having been adopted from a Labrador rescue.

In addition to his real estate career, Glen is passionate about music. He works as a wedding DJ on weekends and has served as the director of a community chorus for many years. During the holiday season, Glen's enthusiasm is evident; his home is adorned with over 4,000 Christmas lights synchronized to music, and his Thanksgiving gatherings often host 40 or more family and friends.
