As a Bay Area native, he has actively participated in several homeowners' association boards and has played a key role in enhancing local landscapes through projects such as The Bridges, Canyon View, and Norris Canyon Estates. His community involvement also includes sponsoring and coaching youth sports teams, as well as directing the annual Tri-Valley Handball Championships.

Glenn has been happily married for 35 years and is a proud father and recent grandfather. A former state-ranked racquetball player, he transitioned to handball, where he achieved national championship status in 2012. He is an alumnus of Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose and St. Mary’s College in Moraga, with additional continuing education from Stanford University.
