Heather Ozur, a seasoned REALTOR® with over 20 years of experience, currently holds the position of Treasurer for the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) for the 2022-2023 term. She specializes in residential real estate with The RECollective, focusing on the Greater Palm Springs area.

Since entering the real estate profession in 2003, Ozur has been an influential figure within the REALTOR® community. At the state level, she has been a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® since 2008, contributing her expertise to various committees, including Strategic Planning, Finance, Professional Standards, Transaction and Regulatory, Federal Legislative, and Business Technology Forum.

On a national scale, Ozur serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Her leadership roles have included Chair of the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and member of the Finance Committee, along with serving as a Major Investor representative for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). A graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, she is also recognized as an RPAC Golden R and a member of the Presidents Circle Hall of Fame.

Locally, Ozur has held significant positions, including President of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® in 2010 and 2011, and Secretary of the Greater Palm Springs Association of REALTORS® from 2015 to 2018. In 2013, she was honored as CDAR’s REALTOR® of the Year.

Ozur is also actively involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, having served as its National President in 2019. Her previous roles include Local Network President for Greater Palm Springs in 2005 and President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® California in 2014.

A lifelong learner and strategic thinker, Ozur is dedicated to leadership development and social entrepreneurship. Beyond her professional commitments, she is a devoted mother, partner, volunteer, and speaker, embodying a multifaceted approach to her personal and professional life.
