The couple's journey began in the summer of 2006 when they met at the renowned Coyotes Bar and Grill in Carlsbad. By 2008, they celebrated their marriage in San Diego. Over the next thirteen years, they welcomed two children, navigated multiple combat deployments, and relocated across the country twice. After two decades of honorable service in the Marine Corps, Randall retired, allowing the Parkes family to finally establish their home in Southern California.

Heather's background in real estate is influenced by her father's successful career as a commercial real estate broker, instilling in her a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to exceptional client service.
