Prior to entering the real estate sector, they spent nearly three decades as a specialist on the Pacific Stock Exchange in downtown Los Angeles, with experience at firms such as Sutro & Co., Crowell Weedon, Mitchum-Templeton-Jones, and Don C. Whitaker Inc. Their background is further distinguished by service in the United States Marine Corps, where they held the rank of Sergeant from 1967 to 1973.
