Jamie LeBlanc possesses a wealth of experience in real estate, informed by her personal journey as a buyer and seller. Her entry into the market began in 1971 with the purchase of her first home in Goleta, California. Over the years, she and her husband have engaged in numerous real estate transactions, acquiring and selling investment properties across California, Georgia, and Arizona. This extensive involvement has provided Jamie with a comprehensive understanding of the market's fluctuations, reinforcing her belief in the value of prudent real estate investments, particularly in one’s own residence.

With over three decades in the education sector, Jamie's career spans roles as both a teacher and an administrator. She dedicated 17 years to the Lompoc Unified School District, where she served as an assistant principal at Vandenberg Middle School and later as principal of Fillmore Elementary School. Her final role was as the founding principal of Liberty Elementary School in the Santa Maria Bonita School District, a position she assumed in 2004. Throughout her educational career, Jamie found fulfillment in addressing the needs of students, parents, and educators. This commitment to service translates seamlessly into her real estate practice, where she emphasizes perseverance, integrity, and a genuine dedication to her clients' best interests.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a Master of Arts in Education from San Francisco State University, and a Doctorate from the University of Southern California. In 2013, she transitioned from education to real estate, joining her daughter at Mint Properties, where they now collaborate as a dynamic mother-daughter team.
