About Jeffrey Vrana

Jeff Vrana, a Certified Public Accountant, commenced his professional journey in 1984 at KPMG, specializing in mortgage banking and real estate. By 1988, he had advanced to the role of Accounting Manager at a prominent national mortgage company, where he played a key role in overseeing an REO portfolio exceeding 2,000 properties. Jeff concluded his tenure in the mortgage sector in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer of a national mortgage firm, which operated across 42 states and employed over 600 individuals. In this capacity, he managed all facets of the organization and was instrumental in securing more than $1 billion in financing from national banks.

Following his departure from the mortgage industry in 2009, Jeff co-founded two successful property tax consulting firms that focus on residential and commercial property valuation and negotiation. He maintains a minority stake in one of these firms, which serves a diverse clientele, including notable companies such as Toys "R" Us, Darden Restaurants, Walgreens, and Landry’s.

Jeff began his real estate sales career as a Realtor with Gary Greene Real Estate. In June 2012, Gary Greene joined forces with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, enhancing the marketing capabilities of the well-established Houston firm, which has been a staple in American real estate since 1924.

Originally from El Campo, Texas, Jeff graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984. He married Kelly Laswell in 1987, and they have enjoyed 25 years of marriage. The couple has three children: Ashley, Lindsey, and Justin. The Vrana family has been active members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and has resided in the Champions Park subdivision for 24 years.

The Energy Corridor and Galleria districts attract corporate relocations and international buyers, while master-planned communities in Katy, Sugar Land, and The Woodlands offer family-oriented suburban living with top-rated schools and extensive amenities.

Emerging markets in Cypress, Tomball, and Pearland showcase some of the county's fastest appreciation rates, driven by new construction and infrastructure improvements.
