Beginning his real estate journey in 1980 along California’s Central Coast, Jeff is now an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate in San Luis Obispo. This firm boasts 12 branches serving both the Central Coast and Central Valley and is affiliated with the Central Coast Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which encompasses all of San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County.

As a buyer's broker, Jeff has successfully assisted clients from San Diego to Monterey County. He previously owned and operated his own real estate firm for eight years and managed a family-run retail herb and garden business, Heart’s Ease, in Cambria for over 15 years alongside his wife, Sharon Lovejoy, a noted author on nature and gardening. His extensive business network has enabled him to facilitate numerous commercial property and business opportunity transactions in both Cambria and San Luis Obispo. Currently, he and his wife reside in San Luis Obispo and own income-generating and commercial properties in Lincoln County, Maine.

Before entering the real estate field, Jeff served as a postmaster, worked in law enforcement, and was a member of the Army Security Agency, specializing in electronic intelligence as a German linguist and translator. His military assignments included the Field Station in Berlin, Germany, and the Foreign Science and Technology Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. He also completed studies at the Defense Language Institute on the West Coast in Monterey, California, and in San Angelo, Texas. Jeff holds a degree in Administration of Justice and has taught business courses for Adult Education at Cuesta College and various professional organizations.

While he embraces modern technology to enhance his efficiency, Jeff prioritizes personal service and meticulous attention to detail in his practice. His commitment to honesty and integrity has been a guiding principle throughout his career.
