Thank you for considering The Licona Team. Jessica Licona, the founder, has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005. Originally from Texas, she was recruited by the renowned advertising agency Leo Burnett/Starcom Worldwide in Chicago after completing her degree at The University of Texas in Austin.

As she advanced in her corporate career, Jessica discovered her true passion lay in providing exceptional service to clients outside the confines of the corporate world. In 2005, she obtained her real estate license and began to build her business. A desire to return to a warmer climate and be closer to family, as well as her love for travel, prompted her to relocate back to Austin. While she maintains a team in Chicago, Jessica is proud to call Austin home. Her achievements include being a four-time recipient of the number one Keller Williams Northwest team award, recognition as a Top 1% Realtor in the nation, and a Platinum Top 50 Winner.

Having grown up alongside her father, a real estate investor and flipper, Jessica was immersed in the industry from a young age. She fondly recalls working with him during her school breaks, which solidified her aspiration to engage in real estate.
