I wanted to share a short story for the one's that might not know my background \n\nOther than being excited to find you or your family a first second or forever home I'm excited to be able to also offer all of my years of experience & knowledge in multiple fields\n\nTo start 20+- years ago I bought my first home I Remodeled it and then sold it With my passion of remodeling my life began \n \nWith my desire to fix houses I became a (Licensed Home Inspector) for several years Giving homeowners piece of mind prior to their purchase \n\nContinuing my journey I became a (Environmental Health & Safety Inspector)for the State of Florida While in this role I obtained other certifications & Lic though The State Fire College Years later giving me qualifications to became a \\"OSHA certified trainer\\" for General Industry \n\nLastly while remodeling homes through those years I had the desire to start renting Waterfront AirBnB & VRBO homes I remodeled & outfited them for Vacationing families to enjoy With all of that I decided to Retire and become a Realtor to help others find their first second or forever home and hopefully help start a journey in their lives
