Johnny brings over a decade of expertise in residential real estate, complemented by a robust background as a financial analyst specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions for two prominent Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Prior to entering the real estate sector, Johnny gained valuable experience in accounting, finance, and inside sales, following an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.

Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2007, Johnny has focused on assisting first-time homebuyers, while also providing support to investors and managing the sale of both distressed and non-distressed properties. Residing in Vallejo for 11 years, Johnny has been affiliated with Century 21 Schutjer Realty since 2008, serving clients throughout Solano County and American Canyon in Napa County.

In partnership with [his/her/their] broker, Johnny oversees a diverse portfolio of more than 40 commercial and residential units, including single-family homes, townhouses, and commercial condominiums. As the lead leasing agent, [he/she/they] is responsible for bookkeeping and lease administration within the property management business.

In 2009, Johnny completed the Graduate Realtor® Institute program through the National Association of Realtors®, earning the esteemed GRI designation.
