Joe Gallagher, a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), brings extensive knowledge and experience to the real estate market in Monterey County. With a background as an elementary school teacher spanning 25 years, Joe dedicated his career to fostering the aspirations of his students, whether in academics, athletics, or the arts. Many of his former students have successfully pursued higher education and established fulfilling careers, with several athletes advancing to play at the high school and collegiate levels, and some even transitioning into coaching roles. Additionally, a number of his drama students have gone on to major in theater, with two achieving professional acting careers.

In his real estate practice, Joe continues his mission of helping individuals realize their dreams. He understands that the home-buying process can be daunting and takes pride in guiding his clients through every step, from negotiations to inspections. Joe is eager to assist clients in finding their ideal home on the picturesque Monterey Peninsula.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe and his wife, Dawn, recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary. They share a passion for outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, and sailing. The couple is proud of their two daughters; their eldest holds a master’s degree in education and teaches Waldorf Education, while their younger daughter works as a physical therapist aide and is a devoted mother to two young girls.
