Raised in Atherton, she attended local public schools, including Castilleja School for middle school and Menlo School for high school. She later graduated from the University of Southern California, where she met her husband, Jim. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 12 years in product marketing at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. After living in both San Francisco and San Carlos, the family established their home in Menlo Park in 2001, where they are raising their two children.

Passionate about her work, she finds immense fulfillment in assisting buyers in their search for the ideal home and successfully negotiating favorable deals. Additionally, she enjoys guiding sellers through the process of preparing their homes for sale and ensuring a smooth transaction.
