Katherina Haug, known as "Kat," was born in Germany and raised in Sonoma County, California. She embodies a unique blend of modern technology and traditional values, drawing from her roots as a farm girl. Kat is known for her energetic approach to real estate, likened to the invigorating effect of a shot of espresso—always engaged and ready to share her enthusiasm.

A proud graduate of UC Berkeley, Kat relocated to Lake Tahoe in 2012, driven by her passion for the mountains and the lake. With a background in sales and marketing, coupled with a degree in English literature, she initially envisioned a career in law. However, in 2014, she pivoted to real estate, merging her diverse experiences into a successful career. In 2017, she partnered with Craig Miller, combining her digital expertise with his extensive knowledge of the Lake Tahoe lakefront market. Together, they strive to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every transaction is executed flawlessly and with utmost professionalism.

When not engaged in real estate activities—whether drafting offers, touring properties, or preparing listings—Kat enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits. Her interests include snow skiing, wake surfing, Pilates, sailing, and hosting dinner parties, all while embracing the joys of life.
