Kathryn, a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast, has deep roots in the region, having grown up in Gulf Breeze and later raising her children in Pensacola. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Clemson University in 1998. Following her graduation, Kathryn relocated to Anderson, South Carolina, where she began her career as a high school math teacher. After two years, she seized the opportunity to return to the Gulf Coast and took a position at Gulf Breeze High School until she started her family. Kathryn is now the proud mother of three children who are enrolled in local schools.

In her collaboration with Robin McArthur, Kathryn brings a strong focus on customer service and adept negotiation skills to the real estate sector. Understanding that purchasing a home is one of the most significant investments individuals make, she is dedicated to guiding clients through the process of finding properties that align with their needs and desires. One of her greatest rewards is helping both newcomers and long-time residents of the Gulf Coast feel at home in their new surroundings.
