In 1992, she co-founded Advanced Real Estate with two partners, where she specialized in various sectors including new construction, existing homes, foreclosures, and property management. The firm thrived, leading to its acquisition by the prominent William Raveis Real Estate just four years later.

As her own investment portfolio grew, the couple sought refuge from the cold climate, ultimately discovering their ideal retreat in Flagler Beach. She is particularly adept at guiding clients through the relocation process and helping them find their ideal home in Flagler County or the Ormond Beach area.
