Kelly Tap's keen real estate acumen is deeply rooted in her family heritage. Growing up in Southern California, she observed her father and relatives strategically investing in local income properties, which ignited her own passion for real estate. This early interest propelled her to obtain her California Real Estate License, paving the way for a successful career in the industry.

As a dynamic Realtor focused on home sales in Los Angeles and Orange County, Kelly has earned notable recognition, including two nominations to the Agent Leadership Council over the past decade. In 2015, she received the Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer Award and consistently ranks among the top 20% of her office. Recently, she was honored with a Bronze Medal for Production/GCI from Keller Williams International.

Kelly serves a diverse array of neighborhoods, including Bixby Knolls, Lakewood Village, Belmont Shore, Artcraft Manor, Belmont Heights, Park Estates, Wrigley, and the South of Conant area in Long Beach, as well as various locations throughout Orange County and parts of the Inland Empire. As a licensed Realtor, she is authorized to sell real estate across California and has cultivated a robust network of qualified agents nationwide and internationally.

In 2009, Kelly founded Tap Into Real Estate Inc. After partnering with Keller Williams Pacific Estates—recognized as the top office in Long Beach and ranked 17th in the U.S.—her team has experienced significant growth.
