Kevin Dalzell became a member of the team in 2002, following a successful career as a professional rugby player in Europe. During his international tenure, he proudly represented the United States in two Rugby World Cups. Since transitioning to real estate, Kevin has focused on assisting buyers and sellers throughout coastal San Diego. He also leads the group’s Real Estate Development division, where he is responsible for property acquisitions and oversees the permitting, renovation, and construction processes.

Kevin’s deep understanding of the local market dynamics serves as a significant advantage for clients of the Dalzell Group, enabling him to negotiate effectively on their behalf.

Outside of his professional commitments, Kevin embraces the Southern California lifestyle, enjoying activities such as surfing, biking, and hiking in North County. He resides in Encinitas with his wife, Nina, and their two children.
