Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Kuvaal established a personal investment portfolio that includes a variety of single-family and multi-family properties nationwide. His firsthand experience as a real estate client has given him a deep understanding of the emotions and challenges involved in transactions. He authored and published his first book, *Zero to Cashflow*, designed as a straightforward guide for individuals navigating the home-buying process. Kuvaal is also passionate about supporting students with learning differences who lack access to specialized resources. At the age of 11, he attended an international boarding school to address his own learning challenges.
