Kyle Ballard, a native of Stockton and raised in the nearby community of Escalon, has a diverse background that informs his approach to real estate. His early years were marked by a passion for athletics, participating in football throughout middle school and continuing into his freshman year at Escalon High School. It was during his sophomore year that he discovered tennis, a sport he enjoyed for two years, while also engaging with the Future Farmers of America (FFA) program.

Kyle graduated from Escalon High School in 2013 and pursued higher education at Modesto Junior College, where he earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. During his time at MJC, he also completed the necessary coursework to qualify for the Real Estate Salesperson Exam. He then transferred to Fresno State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications and Journalism, focusing on Public Relations.

In March 2018, Kyle successfully passed the real estate exam and completed his degree at Fresno State in December of the same year. He began his career as a Realtor in January 2019, bringing a unique blend of business acumen and communication skills to the field.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kyle enjoys camping, traveling, attending sporting events, and cherishing moments with family and friends. He is committed to providing exceptional service and is ready to assist with all real estate needs.
