Kyley’s journey into real estate began during her school years, but she first pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, followed by a Master’s degree. She gained valuable experience in various roles, including sales, marketing, communications, and project management, while working for a major wireless carrier. This corporate background has significantly enhanced her effectiveness as a REALTOR®.

As a Bay Park homeowner and lifelong San Diego resident, Kyley remains committed to professional development through ongoing real estate training, ensuring she stays informed about the ever-evolving market landscape. She is an active member of the San Diego, California, and National Realtor Associations and holds advanced designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

Deeply invested in her community, Kyley founded Bay Park San Diego Realty to promote the neighborhood and enhance its appeal as a vibrant place to live, work, dine, and shop. The "BP" stickers seen on vehicles throughout the area are a testament to her commitment to the community.

Kyley, along with her husband Johnny and their two children, Kenzie and Jace, enjoys exploring the Bay Park neighborhood. She actively contributes to local initiatives, having served on the Board of The Clairemont Town Council and as Chair of the Clairemont Garden Tour. Additionally, she volunteers at Bay Park Elementary and fosters kittens for the San Diego County Animal Shelter through their “Tweenie” program, caring for them until they are ready for adoption.

In her leisure time, Kyley enjoys traveling, taking boat rides on the bay, attending Chargers games (where she was a Charger Girl from 2002 to 2003), and engaging in yard work and home improvement projects.
