Born and raised in Tampa, Laura has deep roots in the community. She met her husband, Jeff Bloomer, a fellow Tampa native, during high school in 1983. Together, they have two children, Christin Bloomer Fite and Jeff Bloomer Jr., along with four cherished grandchildren. Laura attributes her success to the strong support of her close-knit family.

Her real estate career began at Sun Cove Realty, where she started as a receptionist. Under the guidance of Eric Green, she quickly advanced within the company, earning her real estate license and gaining valuable experience.

After two and a half years at Prudential Tropical Realty, Laura developed a property management system that significantly enhanced her career trajectory. Her efforts were recognized with several awards, including the prestigious title of "Fastest Growing Portfolio" in property management.

She then joined Dennis Realty and Investment Corp, where she established a new property management division from the ground up. Utilizing the successful strategies she had implemented at Prudential Tropical, she led the department to remarkable growth, expanding from a single team to over 15 property managers and managing more than 500 properties within three years.

After exploring various opportunities in both sales and management, Laura has returned to Sun Cove Realty, now under new ownership. Having previously collaborated with her current broker, she feels a renewed sense of belonging. In her role, she is excited to lead the Property Management Division, recruit and train agents, and engage in sales, all while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
