Letty Santana, a native of Lodi, California, is the youngest of five siblings, each of whom instilled in her a robust work ethic from an early age. Inspired by her accomplished family, Letty ventured into entrepreneurship within her community, ultimately finding her passion in real estate. Letty holds two Associate of Arts degrees from American River College and Cosumnes River College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix. During her academic career, she began her professional journey with a marketing role at CBRE Inc., a global leader in commercial real estate, with offices in Stockton, Downtown Sacramento, and Roseville. In 2012, she joined her family’s commercial real estate firm, Northgate Commercial Real Estate Inc., in Stockton, where she served as a Leasing Associate. In this capacity, Letty represented both landlords and tenants in leasing and sales transactions for various commercial properties, including office spaces, retail centers, and anchored shopping complexes throughout the Sacramento Metro and Central Valley regions.

Now residing in Downtown Sacramento, Letty has developed a deep understanding of the local market, particularly in the downtown and midtown areas, as well as the surrounding suburbs. Her experience in the Central Valley, specifically in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties, further enhances her market insight.
