Linda Blair, an accomplished real estate professional and the founder of ResCom Properties, immigrated from Istanbul at the age of five. Raised in a family of artisans—her father a skilled goldsmith and her mother a dedicated seamstress—Linda learned the values of hard work and mutual respect early on. These principles have profoundly shaped her approach to business and client relations.

Licensed as a realtor in 2002 with Century 21 M&M and Associates, Linda immersed herself in both residential and commercial real estate. One of her early challenges involved revitalizing a contaminated gas station, a project that many deemed unwise. However, this experience deepened her understanding of complex properties and solidified her commitment to continuous learning.

During her tenure at Century 21 M&M, Linda thrived in a supportive environment, quickly becoming a top producer and earning multiple Master’s Awards. She attributes much of her success to the mentorship of Marian Norris, whose direct communication style and business acumen left a lasting impression on her professional development.

In pursuit of further expertise, Linda completed CCIM courses, equipping her with the skills necessary to navigate income properties, including commercial buildings and multi-unit residential spaces. She finds particular satisfaction in assisting investors, focusing on their financial objectives and helping them make informed decisions regarding cash flow, investment strategies, and tax implications. For Linda, facilitating long-term wealth through real estate is a rewarding endeavor.

The period from 2006 to 2008 brought significant personal and market challenges, prompting Linda to relocate from Stockton back to the Bay Area. Joining Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) allowed her to refine her marketing skills and solidify her vision for a future brokerage. Inspired by APR’s professionalism, she envisioned a company that mirrored their standards.

In November 2009, Linda took the leap to establish her own brokerage in Benicia, starting from a modest office above the Camelia Tea Room. As her business flourished, she recognized the need for property management services, which she integrated into her offerings in 2013. In 2020, she found her ideal location at the Treasury Commons building on First Street, where she feels a strong sense of community.

Linda’s business philosophy is anchored in three core values: honesty, integrity, and professionalism. She believes that determination and hard work are essential to achieving success in the real estate industry. Her life experiences, including overcoming adversity, have fortified her resolve and enhanced her ability to guide clients through any market conditions.
