During this time, they served as a part-time receptionist for Jaymont Properties, a commercial real estate developer. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television Communication, they chose to extend their tenure at Jaymont to further immerse themselves in the real estate landscape. By 1989, they made a pivotal decision to commit fully to the industry, amassing over 25 years of experience with some of the most reputable commercial real estate firms.

Their career trajectory includes significant roles at esteemed companies such as Norris Beggs & Simpson, Reynolds & Brown, Brandywine Realty Trust, LBA Realty, Argonaut Investments, and DTZ (now known as Cushman & Wakefield). Throughout this time, they advanced to Senior Property Manager and General Manager positions in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, gaining invaluable insights into various communities.

In early 2015, after relocating to the North Bay and observing shifts in the residential real estate market, they decided to pivot toward residential sales—an area that had long captivated their interest. In March 2015, they joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, a rapidly growing brand under Warren Buffett. This role allows them to engage with home buyers and sellers, fulfilling their passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.
