**Luke's Bio**

Luke hails from the Midwest, where he was instilled with strong values centered around family, respect, and community. Growing up in a real estate family, he was immersed in the industry from an early age. His mother, a dedicated real estate agent, and her partner engaged in buying, remodeling, and selling homes, providing Luke with hands-on experience through various weekend projects, from landscaping to painting.

He graduated from Purdue University on December 23, 2003, and swiftly relocated to California, eager to embrace new opportunities. A friend connected him with a national home builder, which, at the time, was remarkably producing four homes daily. Luke began his career in customer service and construction before swiftly transitioning into new home sales, ultimately specializing in high-rise condominiums in downtown San Diego. After successfully selling out those projects, he shifted his focus to traditional resale, marking the beginning of a dynamic career in real estate.

In 2008, Luke co-founded Canter Companies, where he played a pivotal role in buying, selling, remodeling, building, and investing in over 500 homes, including 150 in San Diego alone. His contributions were instrumental in establishing Canter Brokerage, where he took on responsibilities such as hiring and training agents, marketing the firm, and managing the operational aspects of running a brokerage. This experience paved the way for his role as Director of Sales at Renovation Realty, where he oversaw nearly 200 renovations and sales, honing his skills in maximizing property value for sellers.
