Maddie’s educational journey took her through local private schools, including Salesian Sisters and Notre Dame in Salinas, before she earned a degree in Business Management from the University of San Francisco. Her career began in the nonprofit sector as an event planner, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, organization, and managing diverse personalities. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted her to pursue her long-held passion for real estate.

Although new to the real estate profession, Maddie has been immersed in the industry for years, influenced by her mother, a seasoned realtor with 15 years of experience.
