Maria's professional journey began in recruiting, where her innate affinity for connecting with people shone through. She later transitioned into sales and entrepreneurship, founding The Vine Christian Bookstore in Marysville. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University, Maria swiftly entered the real estate sector by joining Showcase Real Estate.

In her role as a Realtor, Maria has been instrumental in the growth of the Yuba City Showcase office. She is dedicated to her clients and actively engages with the community, serving as the Ambassador Chair and a member of the Board of Directors for the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she holds the position of Education Chair for the Sutter Yuba Association of Realtors and collaborates with local organizations, including Hope Point and Moms In Prayer International.

Maria's professional ethos is rooted in trust, respect, and integrity. In her inaugural year of full-time sales, she was honored as the Favorite Real Estate Agent of Yuba Sutter and recognized as the Top Rookie of the Year. Outside of her professional commitments, Maria enjoys camping, boating, and traveling, and has a deep appreciation for the arts. She cherishes her family, including her husband and three children, and has proudly called Yuba City home for two decades.
