Marti Benz brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry, having transitioned from a successful career as a registered nurse. She began her journey in real estate in 1983, obtaining her first license in Vermont, where she specialized in vacation homes and rental properties in the Sugarbush and Mad River Glen regions. In 1987, she relocated to New Hampshire, securing her broker's license in both New Hampshire and Vermont.

Marti played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Multiple Listing Service for the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, serving as its inaugural president. Her commitment to the profession extended to various state-level committees, including ethics, MLS, and strategic planning.

In 2003, Marti moved to Florida, where she worked as a new home consultant for a builder in LPGA, earning her Florida broker's license. After the model center closed in 2010, she transitioned to general real estate and joined Coastal Results Realty as a broker associate in early 2011.

Marti prioritizes personal service and follow-up in her real estate practice, believing that strong relationships with clients are essential. Many of her former clients have become personal friends, reflecting her dedication to fostering meaningful connections in her work.
